Rebate
After you sign a lease on an apartment you found through us, submit your signed lease on our cash-back page. We process your payment within 3–5 business days.
Cash Back gives you $200 cash directly. Free Moving arranges a professional moving company for your move at no cost to you. Both have the same value — you choose which is better for your situation.
Process
Our licensed locators respond within 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Sat 8am–8pm CT). After hours, you will receive a response first thing the next morning.
Once your locator identifies your top choices, they will schedule tours at times that work for you. You can also click Schedule Viewing on any property detail page.
Search
Absolutely. Use the Pet Friendly filter on our search page, or tell your locator you have a pet and the specific breed/weight. We will match you with communities that accept your pet.
